These policies exist to ensure every guest receives the best possible experience and that our team can serve you and every other client with the care and attention you deserve. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another guest on our waitlist.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

We understand that life happens — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We want to make sure every guest receives the full time they deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your service to fit the remaining time, or we may need to reschedule your appointment entirely.

If you're running behind, please call or text us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your timing. We appreciate your understanding and communication — it truly helps us serve every guest at the highest level.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we may address your concerns and make it right.

We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment service if we feel the original service was not performed to our standard. Please note that adjustments requested due to a change of mind (rather than a technical error) may be charged as a new service.

Due to the nature of our services, we are unable to offer cash or card refunds. All concerns must be raised within the 7-day window. We appreciate your communication and want every guest to love their hair.

We love children, and we warmly welcome them for scheduled services. However, for the safety and comfort of all guests — and to maintain the relaxed, serene atmosphere that defines the Sol Salon experience — we ask that children not accompany adults unless they are also receiving a service.

If you are receiving a longer service (color, treatments, etc.), we kindly ask that you arrange childcare beforehand. This allows you to fully enjoy your time with us, and ensures a peaceful environment for all guests.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for helping us maintain a tranquil space for everyone.

Certain services — including Platinum Card, Keratin Treatments, and special occasion styling — may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. If you reschedule with adequate notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

Guests with a history of late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to place a deposit for all future bookings. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us run a smooth and fair experience for all guests and stylists.
